Today, I heard a professor say during a radio interview, "Probably, since this conversation started, a newspaper has folded."
Sadly, that's probably true. We've already lost too many newspapers around the country. As credible news sources continue to vanish, it's disturbing that the common base of facts on which we all make decisions will continue to erode.
